I will contact you by phone. Please be somewhere comfortable where you won’t be interrupted for the duration of our session

A nice, warm blanket, a soft pillow, and beautiful music. Please dress comfortably. Treatments can elicit deep relaxation, and might stir up some emotions that are calling to be acknowledged and cleared. Expect some light touch, some conversation, and the full acceptance of who you are.

Please drink at least two big glasses of water after your treatment. You might feel extra sleepy, like you’re coming down with a cold, or that you need to go to the bathroom more often after your initial treatment. This is normal as your body processes and moves out all of the old, stagnant energy.
